1. Overview

This website is operated by Goodsy Enterprises LLC (“Denzova,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Online Store

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Accuracy

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including dimensions, specifications, battery life and colors. Colors may look different depending on your screen. Product images, including illustrations, are for display purposes. Battery life and other performance figures are estimates and can vary with mode, settings and how often you use the product.

We don’t guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. If a product isn’t as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Oral Care Product Notice

The Denzova FlossUp is a personal oral hygiene product for cleaning between the teeth and along the gumline. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace regular dental checkups or professional cleanings.

Content on this site, including articles and blog posts, is for general information only and isn’t medical or dental advice. If you have gum disease, ongoing bleeding or pain, a bleeding disorder, a medical condition, braces, implants or other dental work, or are recovering from oral surgery, talk to your dentist or hygienist before using a water flosser, and follow their instructions.

Start on the gentlest mode and increase the pressure only when you’re comfortable. Stop using the product and contact your dentist if you have pain, bleeding that doesn’t improve, or irritation. Use the product only as described in the included instructions. Keep the charging cable and port dry, and don’t charge the product while it’s wet. Children should use the product only with adult supervision.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with pricing errors, or orders we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Payment and Billing

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours, is truthful and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.

We don’t pay for or edit reviews to change their meaning. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and product designs, belongs to Denzova or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content, products or practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy and as required by law, our products and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee any particular result from using our products, including any change in gum health, bleeding, plaque, breath or the outcome of a dental visit.

Some states don’t allow limits on implied warranties, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denzova and its owners, employees and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Denzova harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our site or products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
